Well its Sunday morning and here I sit feeling guilty because I stayed home from church because I am so very sick. Why do I feel guilty? Because I had volunteered to help out with the nursery but my kids and I have a nasty, nasty cold and really don't want to make anyone else sick. I took the girls to the pediatrician last week. I was told they have a virus but I am starting to get worried. These coughs the girls and I all have seem to be getting worse not leaving. I hope that by staying home and just resting today we all get better.

We have another full busy week ahead of us. Monday, I have to take my kitty, Leah, to the vet. She is getting her shots and then 2 weeks later she is getting fixed.. thank god... she seems to be in never ended heat. I can't take the constant meowing while she is in heat any more.

At some point, I will be getting my mother's car ready to drive... yes finally. I have had the car since early January but haven't been able to drive it because of the getting the title, transferring the title and then the registration and inspection.

For those who are following and don't know my mother passed away on the first of this year. She had advanced stage ovarian cancer complete with malignant ascites. It is a terrible way to go and there are so very, very few tests for it and even those are not really good predictors. Sorry, this wasn't supposed to turn into an rant against ovarian cancer but hey the more people know the better off all woman are. Wow, I just found out that hubby bought me those flowers yesterday. They were really cheap and really pretty. There are 100 lillys in the vase. They are so pretty.

Well back to work for me.

What a week

So it is only Thursday and it has been so busy around here. As some of you might know, I spent most of Monday night in the ER with my youngest and then yesterday at the doctor with both girls. They are doing a little better. Too bad now mommy is sick. The move is going well too. Have almost another full load of stuff put away. Yay.

Lol, so today's adventure started with a phone call from Tim. He says go to the door there is a package for you down there. I check front and back. There is no package. He calls the place they delivered to what they said was the neighbor's house.. Um it is across the street... which in our town is a major highway complete with 18 wheelers. That was fun. I got the box and brought it home. The flowers are pretty but some are wilted. Hubby is pissed now cause they were NOT told to deliver to another house let alone one across the street. Sigh.
